If I remember correctly, you can use all the regular console comands like g_speed, etc.
So either: /g_speed 100 or simply g_speed 100
(replace 100 with your desired value)

I already reinstalled Microsoft Visual c++ and I installed the file myself in windows/system 32 folder and it still dont work
