Did you start it as admin & are you using the Steam singleplayer version?

Try downloading it with a file download manager, I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you.

I had no intention to infect anyone with this when I uploded it, so I doubt that it's a virus. It's falsely detected by anti-viruses, because it also contains an injector, implemented in the external part of the hack, which is packed together along with a DLL which contains the interal hack, so that's what probably confuses anti-viruses, because injectors are usually false postively detected.
