If you're talking about Co-op, then it prolly won't work at all in Co-op as both of you will see different things.. (maybe being host would help, but I'm not sure)

As far as I know, VAC is not enabled in the Singeplayer portion of MW3. (Solo/Co-op)
SupAccAutoShoot automatically "shoots"(actually it spawns) a bullet which has a very high accuarcy(it's quite precise).

Maybe, but it's best to run it as admin, and no, it doesn't work on multiplayer.
