if you ever had a server,you would know that a players items are on a database inside the servers directory.
changing your diamond value would be impossible or just graphical.

the value of the item u want to change will change maybe. but when u try and to craft something nothing will happen

the minecraft server pretty much checks everything nowdays .... but you can use xray to get a lot of diamonds. at least if they dont have these fake ore bukkit plugins.

You can't modify the server data...
(unless you're an extreme 1337 Hax0r of course)

Cheat engine will never work since its all server based.

None of those videos work. Most minecraft cheat videos including "force op" "ddoser" "admin hack" anything like that is a virus. People post those videos to make money off of adfly and put a virus on your computer. :l
