Well if we're talking animated hentai here (not H-doujinshi) then I recommend going to AnimeStigma. Of course 99% of hentai are under-budget and shitty. Here's a couple of recommendations

If you're into H-doujinshi like the majority of people (including me) who wank to hentai then here's a few good sites
E-Hentai - The king of hentai but has a shitty UI and the community is a bit smaller, lolicon is banned.
Pururin- Lolicon, gore and everything that's banned from E-Hentai is on here. Slick GUI and a level up system for how much hentai you read.
FAKKU - Biggest hentai community and a nice UI. Lolicon is banned here unfortunately and the releases are slow as fuck.
