Forgotten Password / cannot get on email! HELP

Hello and thanks for coming to my thread.

My issue that I'm requesting assistance on is this; forgotten password due to not playing for months prior to changing it.

Now I can still log-on my account because the info is saved, but my laptop is outdated and I recently purchased a new one.
I would like to find a way to get my information OUT of the flash file. Is this possible?

Note: I have tried getting on my email - it's gone, blocked and no way of recovering it.


If someone is able to give me a working way to get the information from my client - I would love you and probably pay you with Tops on realm.

This wont work due to not having access to the original accounts email. Sadly :/ I've also tried this too. Thanks for the suggestion though

If you've made purchases on the account and have proof that you made them Kabam can probably change your email. All you need is definite proof that it's actually your account. Also explaining the situation won't hurt.

Do you still have the old laptop? If you played on flash go to check your rotmg.sol file and it will have your info there. If you need more help add me on skype (shivam.patel145)

Just give up... jk, ok if you have a muledump you can check there for a password, and chances are, that the password is the same password you use for other games.

Do a search for RotMG.sol on your laptop hard drive. Open up the file with text editor and your email/pass will be there in plain text.

There is a forgot password button you can click when you go to the log-in screen. Click it type your e-mail in and go check your e-mails and change the password.

Just give it up justgiveitup99 . (only here for the pun) JK Okay here's what you do if you have the old laptop click start and start a search type in Rotmg.sol take it to the text editor your info should be there ^_^

I have encountered the same problem. I didn't do anything complicated… all I did was create a new e-mail, click forgot password and send the confirmation email to the new email address. The username stays the same, you have to change your password and the email changes to the new one. My friend and I were dumb-founded when we did it.

ok here is how you do this. Go to %appdata% then find the roaming file click on that go to your Macromedia file then in there you should find something called flashplayer click on that then go to #Sharedobjects then go to the Randomly Letter/Number file then to #Localwithnet or Realm Of The Mad God folder then find the notepad named RotMG your password and email should be in there.

Here is the exact path for me.

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\VJJ5DSUC\#localWithNet
