In-Game Problem [Technical]

Hmm i kind of need help. My PC might lag if i try to record it with hypercam so i wont take a video. Anyways idk if any 1 else is having this problem but its kind of weird. Its like i get ingame and my cursor kind of "slips" (no hacks on). It works perfect on my other cp. But idc of that, my main problem is the kind of mixture of a speed-like-hack+lagging when im ingame. Its been like this for a few weeks but idk wuts up. Its like everything is going super crazily fast but here and there it seems more like a lag.

Im not very good at explaining but thats exactly wuts happening.

i use fraps and have the same thing. you have to adjust your fps. the lower the more laggy but the smoother the video. i know because my computer is 2000$. and also if you want to play normally but low quality, increase your fps. you have hypercam so i cant tell you where.
