My Computer Is TOO LOUD HELP ME

When I play the newer released games I run perfectly fine except my computer just get's loud to the point where I can hear it IN MY DOWNSTAIRS KITCHEN. It's driving me insane, I often can't hear the game sound. I already have 2 fans in my case, one in the front and a giant one on the side. Both of them make no noise at all. So the thing that must be causing the noise is the fan on the GPU or the CPU (pretty sure it's the processor fan) Could anyone tell me what to do to reduce the noise levels on this? It's really bothering me. And no I don't want to do water cooling since I don't want to risk any leaks. Only thing I could think of was either buy a new fan for the case, or a new cpu fan.

Well depends if you have a amd gpu or a intel gpu..
