    Yes because being stated as innocent from a court means everything. If I stole a T.V and then I was brought to court but they did not have any evidence does that mean I am innocent or am i still a criminal even though it couldn't be proven. And if I fucked off back to the 2nd grade then MJ's ghost might come after me.
