Working triggerbots?

Okay so i see a few triggerbots on here using the autoit etc, but alot of people are confused on how they work with the scripts, including myself and then people dont want to help and say "you are dumb you dont deserve it" which kinda sucks cause i really wanna try a trigger bot :P i know the one on autogamers.com is probably the best but costs so im just wondering is there one that is free with a tutorial that is actually a good tutorial
