1. Navigate to C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Roaming/.minecraft/versions
2. Create a new folder named "Athena_0.2_1.7.2-1.7.9".
3. Extract the files from WinRAR into the new folder.
4. Launch Minecraft.
5. Create new profile (Bottom left corner) and name it Athena or whatever you desire.
6. Click on the drop down menu that says "Use Version" and select "release Athena_0.2_1.7.2-1.7.9".
7. Save profile and then select and launch the game.

just have the hack installed and run your minecraft as 1.7.9

It also looks like your not using the default font. You need to install a font called 'Nevis'.

make sure you name all 3 (folder, JSON, and Java) all the same name.
