I KEPT TRYING TO GET IN-AND EVENTUALLY I DID.Then i joined a room with a few spots and invited my friends.took me about 15 minutes of refreshing and trying to get in. but worth the double exp.

I think he meant how do you get in.
And the answer to that is to spend at least 10K NX. Keyword being spend, not buy.
AKA, get to Bronze rank.

He just means that he got the 10K nx requirement, and yesterday at the event, the server was so full it was so hard to get in.

I think that, the ones on the Black Market server is the people who bought nx and is only registered on nexon's servers... you can actually go to jail for that. :P I could be talking in the other hand.
