most likely his mysql is fucked up, or he edited the source wrong.

i can connect with 127.0.0.1 but when i try to connect with my WAN IP it says load error retrying, and my friends got Security Error #2048 , source have no edits , client version and wserver client version are OK.

Did you also edit the IP on the client? It's not just the version :P

Far out... the answer is right in front of us... delete the client and the client-1 folder and then copy the client.swf from the root folder into rabcadasm folder and then run 01.bat and let it do it's thing

Then edit client and run 02.bat
