Pardon me for being such a 'newbie', but whats up with the recent spike in the amount of old members in the 2009 time period becoming active again?

Its not that I'm annoyed or anything, I'm just wondering what caused these people to come back.

Where they all close friends and they all messaged each other on Skype to go back on MPGH? Did Dave (or whoever has the power to) take over these accounts just to make it seem like the old MPGH is coming back (I don't even know if this is possible)?

Sorry in advance if someone already popped this question, I'm just curious.

You're actually the member I saw that made me want to create this thread. You're probably the 5th or 7th 2009 member I've seen within this last week.

A lot of the older members were around 13-14 in 2008-2009, so a lot of them are in their final years of High School. Due to to High School being more demanding than Middle and Elementary (Lower secondary and primary for you International peeps), most don't have time to post on MPGH during the school year. Since Summer is here though, they're able to rise from the grave and get back online.

Past about 2010 and 2009 though, most earlier members are perma-dead, as they've become adults and have other interests and responsibilities.
