Well just follow the steps exactly, if you got it wrong take again the file that you downloaded put it in hex editor, change XXXX or 5858 lines....to random things like 18230u90sdnlasjhl12cxbcqmskb1pqsdyg293lakjsd and save the file also like 1230sdjkfl12odfb, after you join a server when you chose your class and see yourself on the map with weapon in your heands alt+tab run winject select bf3 even if it's selected already select it one more time, and after dll. and press inject...it will work but you will still get kicked after some time

PunkBuster detects a hack, even if all the functions of hack turned off.

Punkbuster hasn't detected anything, it's simply kicking you out to prevent a serious computer crash due to leak the ESP causes.

What options aren't working?

Some server's block this hack so the menu appears for a seconds then disappears but you can still use it's no recoil built in with no toggle

McDeliver's hack does not have a toggle for one hit kills...
and before you say or quote that it does in his post, it doesn't because when aimbot turns on there is no 1 shot kills...
