You have to render it in lower settings with a video editing software, such as Movie Maker or Sony Vegas.
You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.
You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.
Its name is Silence..

Yep, once you export it via a video editor it should be smaller in size.

Just compress the video. No need to import then reexport. Just use Adobe Media Encoder. H.264 works best for me.

Or use another video recording software, cus' 6GB for 36 seconds is insane.

It's not insane. It's raw quality. They're supposed to be large. I've recorded footage that's like 20 minutes long that are about 60 gb.
Like I said, use Media Encoder. It comes in any Adobe Suite. I recommend you use CS6. Get the torrent off TPB or something.
640 x 400? Yuck!
Whenever programs like Fraps or Dxtory record, it records lossless video, so the file sizes are huge. Much like how .wav and .flac files are bigger than .mp3. Just like everyone else said, compress 'em.
Go watch some youtube tutorials on how to do that shit properly, though, or else the file size won't decrease much.

I use to edit the video sony vegas 9
or
movie maker (it's free)
As everybody else has said, compress it.
Also, don't use Dxtory it's crap.
Use easy h264, really helps had a 1 gb file went down to 400 mb. gl
yeah. for real..
