Means bought with stolen/hacked credit card and when it gets chargebacked they will be removed along with the account banned.

man,i got this account since 2011,if the games were bought with a stolen credit card,the card would be immediatly reported and the account would be banned/disabled , if someone have good games and moneys in wallet it really means it is stolen or games bought with hacked credit cards?

No, you're a new user offering to sell an acc with a huge balance of 70 euroes and having top pre-ordered games. Why not use the wallet yourself? Why did you pre-order those games if you were gonna sell them for cheaper than you paid?

Did you even read topic before you post? Those 70 Euros will influence the price paid by the buyer and i said i can sell it WITH OR WITHOUT THE STEAM WALLET.That means i can buy some games and transfer them in a new account.And what you see so 'top games?' advanced warfare will be here in november and the witcher 3 in february 2015 .I need moneys for college and personal stuffs.Not so much time for gaming...at least for the moment.And where you see 'top games' i see just 'games'.Anyone can afford them,they are not 100 euros,only 60 like any good game.Not everyone have just cs 1.6 in their steam accounts,real gamers are investing in their games/accounts.
