    Modders have found all the special effects that where used at the E3 preview i presume there where hidden so that the PC version would not be 10x superior to the console version.

    I don't get this mindset. Devs don't realize that the PC version of a game is SUPPOSED to be better than it's console counterpart. Console players have never cried about how PC players get a better experience before so why do devs suddenly think that they care?
