PayPal dispute,i need a fast answer

Hello,i recently sold my 2 ArcheAge account (so virtual goods,1 was mine,1 was my friend).After the buyers changed everything to the accounts,they filled a dispute.One of the payments were made as 'goods or services' (49E) and another one for 'family or friends' (gift,40$).

I did NOT spent not even 1$ from those moneys because i kinda expected this.

So my question is: If i did not spent any moneys from those 2 payments,if the buyer win the dispute,my ballance will be negative or will be 0$ ?

I have to say that i already pressed 'escalate to a claim' so paypal will decide who wins this.
They are telling me to respond withing 10 days but i can't comment anything to those disputes.There are only 3 options: 1)Full refund the buyer
2)Tracking number (they were virtual goods so,no tracking number) 3)Proof that i already refunded the buyer.

My second question is: If i press 'Issue the buyer a full refund' , the paypal will take 'Held' moneys and give them to the buyer and i will have a 0$ ballance or i will have a negative ballance?

The buyer will only be refund of the money he sent you, if he paid you 40$ and that you still got atleast 40$ on your account, your paypal balance will be 0$, if you have 0$, it will be -40$

This paypal is so non-sense...i had 40$ from the buyer,when he opened dispute those 40$ turned into 0$ and 'Held' title, now if he win i will have -40$ ? -_- or paypal will take the 'Held' moneys?
