I wanna ask if there's a service " Paid for sure not free " that will give me a private VPN or something that nobody else will be using this IP in all the world , I don't mean the VPS because it's just super expensive ._. I need it normally on my PC but nobody runs the same IP because it's related to some serious business

Please don't tell me google it , I already did but I'm not that sure about what I read , also the countries that I would love IPs from are : U.S , Canda , RU , Brazil , UK

I have HSS and it's IPs are re-used, also most if not all of their IPs and blacklisted by most spam databases. I wouldn't suggest using HSS for anything other than bypassing blocked sites, they're IPs are definitely unclean. @TheSknuk
