here is my suggetion.
The price is over 1000 Euros but usually you get cheaper parts there.
If not, check cyberpowerPC on google. Go to their site, make your PC and go to your local store to see if they can make the build you want for a reasonable price.

Its not very hard (i did it and im just 15) but if he doesnt want to,contact a local pcshop or whatever to do it for you ..i left you some money in the build in case you need to buy anything like that (in the us building costs about 50$)
