    1 Big tip you may or may not know. Barely any big companies will ask you to download something else to update something. It is usually integrated in their software to either automatically update or direct you to download an update from their homepage. Always be sure by looking at their real website. I don't mean to be a smartass here. I hope you can get this solved. Open a ticket up, run Malwarebytes on your computer to destroy any keyloggers, rootkits or tracing systems. Make sure you're clean before logging into stuff and giving them your information.
