Need a little help

Hi i didnt know where to post this, but im making a aqworlds private server and need some help.

First, when i add monsters to a map i cant attack them, how do i fix this.
Second, im using an already made server (redria) how do i edit the website so i can put my servers name on their, but still have credit to them?
Third how to i add commands, such as to make a message every player can see like the message of the day but its like yell

Well first off. The monsters is a problem with how you are setting them up on your map :P So make sure its all 100% correct. As for the websites xD You would have to know how to code and no offence but I doubt you have the knoledge to fully fix/change website coding for now to modify it with your own personal touch.
