Help for Flash player

I open any trainer and says ;
Running Flash Version:6.0.88.0
Flash Version Required:8.0 and Up

but i open df,aqw,aq,mechquest... says:
Running Flash Version:14.0.0.145
Flash Version Required:8.0 and Up

Help me pls
Error is:Black Screen, Not loading help me helpppp

Uninstall every flash version you have (Flash on your computer, browser, etc.) and install the latest update

I am assuming you're using Google Chrome or a similar browser to play these games. Google Chrome (and some other browsers) updates flash internally with a plug in but does not actually update it on your computer. You need to use a browser which is not chrome and then open Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

If this is too confusing for you let me know and I will re-explain more simply

Control Panel --> Uninstall a program

From there, find Flash and uninstall it. (If you can't find it then you DON'T have flash installed)

Afterwards, install Adobe Flash ( Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player )
