    and since you mentioned Rams..
    Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
    or
    Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (1x8 GB Module) 1600MHz 240-pin DDR3 Non-ECC CL10 Desktop Memory KHX1600C10D3B1/8G
You shouldn't run into any problems. The new PSU will have the power cables to power it (from memory it should be two 6 pin power cables). Also for the RAM, either one should suffice. They both have the same speed and latency so there shouldn't be any difference in performance. Which ever you like most.
    THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST

or any other that you think is better. my budget is around 350.
    Ive got a 7300GS Rofl.

And them cards you posted i don't really like bro, i recommend this: Amazon.com: XFX RADEON Double D R9 280X 1000MHz BOOST Ready 3GB DDR5 2XmDP HDMI 2XDVI Graphics Cards R9-280X-TDFD: Computers & Accessories it shits on the GTX 770 nevermind the 760 :P and its much cheaper, that would be my reccomendation in your price range, not overpriced just right, for comparison the 770 cost like $330 or some shit, that cards 270 bro! 270! and its a beast!
