first, the blood effect can be activate at options / graphic settings or by typing in main lobby /b
ping , doesnt matter since it server sided so its just visual and u dont need to lower it anyway since u can join all rooms with w/e ping u have on kwr

When your age under 18 is , cant you activate this under options...
but you can activate it on server 2,
yes ping nothing brings
