Just used color picker from the 'side panel' on Paint and got this:

R: 242
G: 246
B: 248

There doesn't seem to be a valid hex code for this combo though.
EDIT: Nevermind, try #FF6600.

That RGB scheme is #F2F6F8. #FF6600 is an orange.
