1. According to Riddickm you do have the same IP as Michael Scottland
2. Ask Riddick to provide you with the Skype resolve
3. I remember you were online and you ignored the report
4. Your issue is not my first priority to handle, I have other things to take care of ..

M.Scottsland Skype scammer: 99.243 and checked today and got 184.147

So there you go.

When you reboot your router to get an IP change it always reverts back after a couple of time to a certain range. Even if you use a Dynamic IP this till happens.
