    Thinking about buying the game, but first I'm just wondering if health and stuff is client-sided. Anyone that knows?

    You can still use these hacks posted here, and they still work fine. So yes, you can.

    EDIT: Using CubeHax right now, works fine. You are good to go. Buy and use my friend.

    CubeWorld never got updated so it still works AFAIK.
