I have the same problem i completely uninstalled unturned re-installed it, verified game cache integrety, which replaced incorrect files.
It got rid of some things like the Gold status and inventory. but i can still one hit zombies with my fist and they are unresponsive to me

It seems like my gold hack is gone but the one hit kill, one hit destruction, zombies cant see me, mad recoil stays. I deleted all the files where Assembly-CSharp.dll was locate then verified it.
Help.

do this hold windows key and press r, then type REGEDIT go to HKEY_LOCAL_USER Software SmartlyDresedGames Delete the Unturned folder

of course it removed my character and world in the process, but at least u can play again

This is/was the only thing i had on, and its still glitched form me.
i re-installed the hack and its still glitched im gonna try and kill myself to see if that fixes it.

And now that i tried to un-install/re-install it whenever i shoot with a gun it just aims straight into the air and then fires. lost half my crates because of this
