    Not really, this is cross platform.
    Just navigate to your steam directory, there's a folder there called skins.
    Download one, plop it in there.
    In steam navigate through the settings and find your new skin. Done.

    Yeah, that is because I am using my old monitor and my new one I got a month ago. :P I wanted dual screens even if it was awkward because it is just nice to have.
