Thoughts about destiny

So every one knows that destiny beta game on next gen platforms and well the beta ended a week ago
the game was pretty sweet however its disappointing to know that
every one who played the game almost played all of the explorable areas
yes that is true the game devs wont be adding allot of new maps just 5 planets with a map each


game developers say that they will add more content instead of maps and explorable areas

What are your thoughts on this game

how many of you have pre ordered this?

frankly i dont think its worth my $60

I played the beta on the PS3 and quite frankly I though it sucked. It was a nice concept to add a mmo-fps style gameplay but (at least for me) the story line didn't quite make sense.

But this game is definately not worth my $60

There is not point to buy it. The graphics look like complete shit on my PS3 and it isn't coming out for PC.

The settings were optimized to their lowest settings to run on last gen systems. It was pretty fucking obvious.

tbh even if u have a next gen trust me don't waste money on it

the new battlefield is coming soon 1 month later ontop of that there are some rumours of dying light coming within 2 months
like the point is there are more better games coming.


i did like Destiny beta however the game is so small and playing the same maps again and again will be just crap
like as the Devs justify that farming and grinding is a part of every game eg. Diablo 3 etc
but like they have so much content ..
yes sure the multilayer might be fun but is it worth my $60

You can't really base a full version game off of it's beta. There is little content just to get you an idea of what the gameplay would be like. Destiny full release will have a lot more to do. Hell you capped out at level 8 which is nothing and you only had on planet you could explore aside from the crucible multiplayer.

Since it is bungie, I am sure that they will release some DLC or keep adding onto it.

Destiny has a lot of potential, don't be set-in-stone whether or not you should buy it just from peoples beta experience.

Personally, I feel the game was really great.

Has good graphics (Xbone and PS4, played both)
There wasn't much story they let you test out, so no opinion on that.
Gameplay is outstanding, and depending on what console you play on the community is great (PS4 community is the best).
Multiplayer was a bit challenging to get into, I think they should do something about the vehicles though they seem rather overpowering and too much "Halo".

8/10 Already pre-ordering for Xbone. (I personally think the PS4 is better, but I have no control over the purchase because majority vote).

It was designed for Next Gen. Not Last Gen, so therefore the graphics will need to be reduced.
I know that it looked good on the One as my neighbor had it.
