People buy accounts because they got banned, theres also a greater chance of not getting banned if the account is old, so thats why people buy accounts

But that doesnt make sense. If they banned, they create new account.
If they IP banned, then they cant play no matter with which account.

thats why when you create a new account you have to either change your ip or use a vpn, change your mac address, and HWID, of course you do this all before you create the account.
