BE tracks linked accounts.
BattleEye bans your uid and key linked with it, right? So what if you made an alt steam account and enabled family sharing with your main account (not banned), then use an unbanned key on your alt account. If you get banned could u make a new alt and repeat the process? I think only vac bans carry over on family sharing, so if BE doesn't vac ban you, you should be alright then, right?

An easy way to test is check your GUID before and after. Use #beclientguid command in chat on any BE server.
If you family share to a new steam account using the same game install your GUID will still be the same. You need to activate a new copy of the game on a new steam account.
If i make a new account unlinked to my primary would i need to buy all the games again? when i sign into my alt account it shows all the games i bought on my primary that being said do i need to buy another dayz or can i use the one i already bought of my primary?
^ Need to buy a new copy or else your GUID will be the same. If you aren't sure just check your GUID when you login into a server.
