Hello again, Ima? is there. I still affirm that i never tried to scamm and i never will do. I always was trying to protect MPGH members of being scammed, i always was explaining to new members how to trade safe, how to use middleman. On my trades i always was trying to use an OMM, when people was going first with me (With expencive CrossFire accounts 150$+ worth) everything was alright. I also always was trying to report scammers and detect possible scammers, i even reported a scammer for new user who don't know how to do so. I detected some possible scammers who was refusing to use an OMM and were going to scamm(You can ask Symmetrical).

If you have doubts about me you can prohibit me trading without an OMM or blacklist me for long time or even permanently blacklist me.
I really enjoy my stay on MPGH since it has amazing community.

Ah okay found it. Well it seems you were banned for scamming and then created an alt and the IPs matched and you were banned again. If you're lucky you'll be let back on and just be blacklisted. @Liz @Flengo @Hero @BACKD00R

Let's keep this on topic with the dispute, and I try my best to help people so I stay positive for some of the time. And on the ___? account you were banned for scamming, you came back on an alt Ima? according to that thread you linked and because you were a previous scammer you were banned again. Sometimes people are just put on the blacklist or they are permanently banned, it's up to the higher-ups to make that decision.

The blacklist isn't very effective
If we bring back an old scammer and put him in the blacklist
How do we know that he won't scam again?
How do we know that he just wants his account back to scam users easily?

In my opinion, it's a lot safer to NOT give them their accounts back and instead just let them make a new account and blacklist them..

Make new account, stay out of all Marketplace sections. If you're found within any of them, you'll be banned forever on all accounts with no privileges. That's the best it can possibly get. I'm not entirely in favor of this.

I don't know what to say. Since whether the main account is used or not, it will still be the same issue. Why not just unban the main and simply bar him from the Marketplace, and if he's caught by anyone doing anything even remotely relating to the marketplace, the ban is reinstated, might actually be easier to track him that way, than with a new account.
