He added me on Skype and I went first because he wasn't reported and tried to get an MM.
He scammed me $14.50.

once you get it back, we can use an official middleman and I'll sell you 35-40 life for $15. as i'm really in need.

he tried to scam me too i think, said he had 5 vouches (looked everywhere couldnt find) and after strongly indicating that i wont go first but we can use MM he just stoped to talk with me

Even if you sent as gift, you can still get your money back in few ways.
Also can you post his paypal email, it will help others out into not sending payments to that email.
And if he does tries to make a new paypal, paypal may lock that account as he cannot have more than one business account.
Even if he tries to change his IP, it won't work.

Chiraq tried to scam me with a paypal invoice. I didn't fall for it. He has two skype accounts. The other is wererey0. I was about to post details in the reverse paypal invoice scam thread that is stickied at the top of the forum. Sadly I guess I am too late.
