Hi,
Yesterday around 4 pm UK Time I was playing with my Crossfire account and everything was alright. I came to play again at 8 pm UK Time and I couldn't login (it says wrong password/ username). I tried a 100 times and it didn't work. So what I did next was to retrieve my account information from Crossfire using my email but I got a message saying that this email doesn't exist on our server. Do you think someone has changed my email and taken all the account information ? (if they have then how ? because don't I have to confirm an email change from my email?).
I know that you are going to say "Go ask Z8 support" but I already have and they are asking many details which I don't have (I bought the account). Hopefully someone has experienced this and can tell me the solution.

Yes but how could they take it ? before you change the email to another email you become a confirmiation which you have to accept ?

They could've recovered the account, in which case they don't have to send you an email, they change it right away if he proves he is the first owner
If you bought the account than most likely is that the original owner of the account recovered it by having enough proof that it is his account.
Most probably you lost the money because in the terms of conditions there is stated that you can buy accounts.
