Yes it matters, If you have more than 4GBs(RAM) It is Highly recommended to use 64bits OS(unless if you want to waste your RAM)
because if you use a 32bits operating system you won't be able to use all your memory ram that's why
Does it matter if I use 32 bits instead of 64 bits ?
What to use?

You see where it says 2.91 GB usable, that's the memory limit, so you're now using only 2.91 GB of your memory RAM, and you wasted 1.09 GBs of ram
after installing Windows 7(or windows 8 or linux or whatever) 64bits system you will notice a big difference in performance
not only that, your processor is x64 based processor...
my advice, go with 64bits brah

32 Bit severely cuts into your RAM, which can cause some major problems down the road.
64 Bit applications are also able to run quicker, in layman's terms.
You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.

You can run any 32 bit programm in 64 bit system but you can't run 64bit in 32. So i'd suggest you using x64.
I would say 64-bit.
