Actually it seems fishy. This guy probably signed up around 1 hour ago... He also says he would buy your account by paypal, which you can easily get scammed by. Also he doesn't say anywhere he will use a OMM. Considering all this evidence,

'I will never go first' - Seems like a scam, I would not trade with him unless you know him and are ready to take a risk.
