Google chrome's images are blurred. They've been like that after I re-installed it. However, before I did so it was the same. I don't remember how but I disabled something in the plugins that made it go back to normal. Any clue what should I do now? Thanks.

Install Firefox

Are you running Windows 8.1?

If you are, tell me.
For now try deleting the cache and clearing browsing data, after doing so close your browser and reboot your computer.

BTW i just remembered, i had the same problem like you when i had linux (ubuntu) my graphics card was not recognized by linux or something, and i had those blurry images and sometimes the Text font just appears like 8bit style :S,
solution was to get rid of linux ofcourse...
