Seriously though, let's pull your head out of your ass and think for a second. OK. Now, are we talking Adware, malware, virus, what? You're not specific at all, and will not get an actual answer from the 99% retards here, without first stating what you REALLY need gone.

Antivirus softwares are very good at preventing viruses if you get the right ones. If your computer has malware on it I would recommend AntiMalwarebytes for a good free solution, for adware and spyware I would recommend Avast!. If you have a severe virus such as a RAT or your computer has been "Zombified" then I would recommend doing a full system wipe.
@WyDiablo if it's a virus/malware or something like that download Ccleaner. do a full scan and remove the malwares. Download a free antivirus if you don't already have one and do a full scan. If nothing is working format your pc with your windows cd, a saved partition or a windows .iso.
If you don't understand go see your local computer shop and ask them to repair your pc, explain them the problems. Good luck

Its not a virus or malware. If I pull up the system processes on my pc I can see "IP's" that say "Established" and they are not my ip address.
I was told the ones that are "Established" are hackers
