Missed about a month of updates, can someone tell me where to go after falconreach. I need raise the dead for gravelyn somehow and become a chaos lord? Need to know the sequence of maps to go to after falconreach. Thanks!

I know that this post is kind of old, but here's the answer.
After killing the 12th Lord of Chaos, you have to go to the following maps:
/join moundoomskull
/join shadowrise
/join shadowattack
/join confrontation
