Is it possible to get a free bank account/Online credit card?

There use to be an online bank place and you only needed a mobile number to open an account, but cant really say how safe it was to deposit money/withdraw from it, Cant imagine it is tbh. Don't remember its name but might ring a bell to someone else who reads this.

If you just need it for PayPal verification, the USAA method may still work.

I don't know, I've never verified my PayPal or created any online bank accounts.

Most banks (in the US) require an opening deposit, as well as personal information, including but not limited to ID/SSN to open any checking account, or your parent's info to open a student account or savings account. There are some prepaid 'debit' cards, that you can put cash into, but these are not accepted universally and carry high fees most of the time. They however, do not usually require personal information apart from a Name and possibly an address.

So my only option is to get a Debt Card if I don't meet the requirements?

Correct, and that is iffy at best, as all sign ups usually require you to be over 18. Though I do believe some do make exceptions and allow over 13. You would have to research that, honestly, it is best to just use cash whenever possible, and if you do need a card, perhaps a Visa Gift card. The fees on those debit cards are insane. However they ARE refillable.
