    Private match offline?

    I was on a plane and I felt like playing ghosts I loaded up the multiplayer and I get an error saying you aren't logged into steam or if I'm just in the actual online part I get steam connect failed like every 10 seconds and it is really annoying. I would like to know if there's a way to bypass this?
