Seems like people are faking... Need some real confirmation tho.
Depends if cheat engine works and if people can find the right codes.

All of the codes before were PATCHED forever.
If we find a new code could use it, but we need also bypass to use CE.
It will not back, the old gun add with CE, I remember...
It was awesome, I still have few accounts with TAR Cherry :P
I doubt GUN ADDING works. Redduck has put several precautionary measures in place (server-sided, of course) to prevent this from happening again.
What gun adding did when it was fresh in ijji and early Aeria was to fake the item value to send/request the server to add to the account. Items that were AP/Gcoin were still bought with AP/Gcoin. Any weapon that didn't have a price tag in-game (meaning it wasn't sold in the in-game shop) could be "bought" for free (zero AP/Gcoin).
Notable Examples:
Dual Barbatos and MK.23 Tempest - Was meant as a reward for Battle Gear: Bloodz, but that game mode never made it to NA/EU AVA. It was previously sold only through ijji's website, not the in-game shop.
Anaconda Kukri - Strictly, a random reward for Death Valley Extreme. Was never sold outside of Death Valley game mode.
Holy Mackerel - Limited time promotion item for playing AVA through Steam. Never sold during the gun-adding era.
Noel (X-MAS) Guns - These guns were gun-addable, but they costed AP/Gcoin when they were sold only during the holiday season. The gun adding made buying these possible at anytime, but still retained the price tag amounts from the holiday sale.
At least this is how I understand it at the time

@daviddidi Proof or it doesn't work.
My explanation from above still stands...
EDIT: Note that I said there some server-sided precautionary measures such as changing codes, validating purchases, etc.
It might be possible for a system to exist that disables such codes from use during purchase. Who knows... The implementation of that protection is unknown to us. However that does not erase the fact that gun-adding as we used to do it is patched/nonfunctional according to most of the people who tried.
