    Cant open any hacks

    When i try to open a hack from MPGH i cant open it because it says this :

    C:/Users/ADMINI~1/AppData/Local/Temp/Rar$Exa0.988/AVA Publick Hack Loader by Neox

    and it says that it cant be run or something so pls help me
