Don't you mainly do GFX from stock renders though?
If you ever get paid for that, you could get into some legal trouble from the original art source.

New website, nothing can be found on the company(not sure where to check in the US, so I might be mistaken), and domain was registered with an university email. I would be cautious.

What I'm gathering from this is the fact that they are asking to use your art to promote something of theirs while linking you.
I don't see how this is a bad thing, all advertising is good advertising.
Recognition, you know?
If however, it does generate funds, then you'll have made a buck.
If not, you'll probably have gained a few more views.
