Steam item stealer

Looking for a program/method that steals steam items, like CSGO skins etc.
I've seen something like a hacker sents a link, the victim clicks it, and sees a trade offer, refuses it, and still somehow accepts it.
Does anyone know anything like this?

And yes I am a scumbag who loves seeing people suffer.

Explain your self scotty :\ Even if the trade offer was accepted, why would he lose any of his items after that?
Oh and btw there is that timing bug that has been exploited for freaken centuries now that lets people remove their items after they pressed accept so maybe someone finally figured out the correct timing for it to work every time though I highly doubt it..

No such program exists anymore there was word or one like a few months ago where people started stealing knifes but the program was only distributed threw private groups or bought for a ridicules price its properly been patching
