DUMBASS, DYNAMIC IP = CAN CHANGE IT, STATIC IP = UNCHANGEABLE, YOU SHOULD REALLY LEARN TO USE GOOGLE, AND IT'S EASY, FIRSTLY MOST SITE OWNERS/MODS CAN SEE YOUR IP AND CAN EASILY BAN THAT IP BECAUSE IT IS UNDER YOUR NAME SO THATS HOW THEY KNOW ITS YOU sorry for caps totally forgot that they were still on

Both Static and Dynamic can be changed
the only problem is that static ips takes a long time
and the dynamic ips r samewat easier

One way to change Static Ip
select your network connection and scroll down to the tcp/ip option. highlight it and click on the properties box. Now you can select to go to "find IP address automatically"
the boxes will clear to blank and you can click okay
2nd way to change static ip

For Dynamic Ip i guess get a MPGH ip changer use the search button
