This is to play two accounts at once or more depends if your computer can handle the heat .....

This is on the same computer with the same OS without any other Virtual Device

This doesn't explain how to do it, it just shows someone that has 2 APB's up at one time.

Besides if you want to launch APB twice, just launch it from your binaries folder and double click on the .exe really quick and BAM. Two APB's.

Yeah that only if you have the DEP turned off and your more likely not able to run 4->unlimited windows of apb

Well nothing in your post says "How to do it" Nor does the video. I'm stating that this thread has a misleading title.
